Lucy Mars Rover
As part of the Lehigh University Space Initiative (LUSI), I led Lehigh's first Mars Rover submission to the annual University Rover Challenge, an international competition organized by the Mars Society in Utah Mars Deseret Research Center. The rover is designed with a rocker-bogie suspension system and a 6 DOF robotic arm for dexterous operation. The rover is designed to complete four missions: Autonomous Navigation, Equipment Servicing Mission, Science Mission, and Delivery Mission. Our team raised $15,000+ from the College of Engineering and various industry partners. Please take a look at our System Acceptance Review video below.
